We’re proud Jamaicans — born and raised — with deep roots in the culture, the cuisine, and the love of sharing good food. After living in the UK for over 20 years and running food businesses for more than a decade, one thing never left our hearts: the craving for that real Jamaican patty taste.

The kind you get fresh out of a bakery in Kingston.

That’s why we started 0115 Patty Co.

We developed our own recipes from scratch, drawing on the authentic spices, techniques, and bold island flavours we grew up on. Every patty we serve is hand-crafted with care, whether it's beef, curry chicken, mutton, prawns, or plant-based.

We’re not just bringing food to the table — we’re bringing back a piece of home, made right here in Nottingham.
