2. Opening Hours

Wednesday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Closed: Monday & Tuesday

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make changes to our menu and offerings without prior notice. Substitutions may be made based on stock levels and supply.

4. Ordering & Payments

Orders can be placed:

• Online via our website

We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

5. Frozen Patties – Pickup & Delivery

Frozen patties are available for:

• In-store pickup during business hours.

• Local delivery within Nottingham for a flat fee of £3.99. Delivery must be arranged in advance via phone or our website.

All frozen products should be stored at -18°C and baked from frozen at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until golden and hot.

6. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless there is a proven issue with the order (e.g., incorrect item or missing product). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to assess complaints case-by-case.
